Class A warehouse is 3,000 square meters, Class B warehouse is 2000 square meters, total Class A underground storage tank is 800 cubic meters. The resin production workshop of 2k polyester putty basically implements fully automatic control. There are 10 sets of existing reactor synthesis production lines with an annual output of about 33,000 tons. The polyester putty has a total of 8 dispersion tanks and four production lines with an annual production capacity of about 35,000 tons. The production of car paint adopts dispersing machine, domestic sanding machine and imported sanding machine and 6 automatic packaging lines, with an annual production capacity of about 15,000 tons.The former production capacity has a large surplus.And the output value in 2017 was 165.09 million yuan.

2. User: The resin of polyester putty is distributed to small-scale ash producers and self-use. The polyester putty is mainly based on our own brand and based on national agents. The main customers are from industry, automotive, shipbuilding, building materials, kitchen cabinets, etc. The current production and sales ranks is in the top two in China. The user of automotive paint is similar with the above-mentioned users and customer resources of polyester putty. In the past two years, the use of advertising signs has grown faster.

4. Technical quality: Yingde Rongchang Company currently has 12 professional chemical technology research and development personnel, 20 inspection personnel and 6 technical personnel in 3 departments. The company's overall research is still absorbing new technical talents. All raw materials of the company are made by domestic and foreign manufacturers, such as Bayer (Covestro), Hemings Deuchem, BYK additives, etc. Due to the direct contract with the above-mentioned factories, the quality and cost of the purchased raw materials will be superior to that of the counterparts. Yingde Rongchang Chemical has its own R&D building and dozens of inspection rooms and inspection equipment matched with each workshop. Each raw material and finished product are strictly monitored and a sufficient number of samples are stored for post-mortem analysis. It goes back to the supplier and down to the end customer. 5. Logistics service: The company owns 5 large-sized trucks and 1 set of 5-ton Qingling trucks. Every day, except Sundays, they travel from factory to Guangzhou and deliver the customer's goods to the corresponding special logistics station in time.
